Diving For Treasure
July 24, 2016
It has been awhile since I have written a blog, but I believe I have a word for everyone today. Last night (7/23/2016), I went to a home group meeting. We were soaking in the presence of the Lord and I received this word. At first, I believed it was just for me; however, as I was worshipping this morning I feel the Lord putting it on my heart to share and encourage my Christian brothers and sisters.
We read in Ecclesiastes 3:1 that there is a time for everything. Many times we go for ministry and to get healing we must dig up issues that have been buried deep within us. We must bring them to the surface and allow the Lord to deal with them.
Last night while soaking, I had a vision. I was diving deep in a place that looked like the ocean. I could see the grey dirt covering what I knew were dead and ruined things. I was going to brush the dirt away to see what was there, but the Lord said to leave them buried. When you bury a corpse you don’t dig it up again. Leave it be. He then led me to another place and I uncovered a large pile of gold coins. Then I heard Him say, “You have a lot of treasure buried within you, too. Now is the time to bring up the good things that I have placed deep within you.”
Brothers and sisters, we have all gone through stuff. I believe the Lord wants us to know that dead and broken things of the past have been put to rest. It is no longer time to bring them up again. It is time to bring up the good things the Lord has put in us. We all have the Word, gifts and favor that The Holy Spirit has planted deep within us. It is time for those things to be brought up to the surface and bear good fruit. It is time to stop dwelling on past failures and walk into the destiny that the Lord planned for us from the beginning. It is time to rise up with and into the promises of God. Yeshua has paid the price for our sins and failures. There is no need to keep digging them up and rehashing them. Leave them buried.
It is time to dig up and bring to the surface the treasure in us. It is time to lift up Yeshua and walk in his promises for us! Be encouraged…you are forgiven. Now go and sin no more. Go and fulfill your destiny in Yahweh! The Lord is smiling on you with love and favor. You have been delivered from bondage.

Therefore there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.
