He Hovered

During the Pandemic, my son and I were diving deep into the scriptures. The Lord kept leading us back to Genesis and the creation story. We received a deeper understanding and revelations into the creation story and the fall of Adam and Chavah. Today I want to share one such Rhema word with you. I pray it helps you have a greater faith and trust in Yeshua, our Creator.

Genesis 1:1-2 NASB

In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. And the earth was a formless and desolate emptiness, and darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the surface of the waters.

The part that says the Spirit of God was hovering over the surface of the waters is what I want to talk about today. What the Lord showed us is that the Creator, created time and then took time to plan everything out. Think about it. How much time did He take? It doesn’t say. It says the Spirit of God was hovering. What was he doing while He was hovering? He was planning out the best way to create Earth. He was also looking at all of the outcomes of every decision of every human being until the end. How do we know this is true?

Revelation 22:13 NASB

I am the Alpha and the Omega, the first and the last, the beginning and the end.”

Isaiah 46:9-11 NASB
New American Standard Bible
Remember the former things long past,
For I am God, and there is no other;
I am God, and there is no one like Me,
Declaring the end from the beginning,
And from ancient times things which have not been done,
Saying, ‘My plan will be established,
And I will accomplish all My good pleasure’;
Calling a bird of prey from the east,
The man of My purpose from a distant country.
Truly I have spoken; truly I will bring it to pass.
I have planned it, I will certainly do it.

He is there at the beginning and at the end. He has planned it. He sees it all. He is omniscient. While he came into time he dwells outside of time and can see it all. This is amazing and incredible and almost too hard for our minds to grasp. But this passage in Isaiah says there is no one like Him and he declares the end from the beginning. Wow!

Selah on this… if he hovered and planned it all out and sees it all, he knows everything about your life and the decisions you will make. He has a plan for you! He has made a way for you! A way to be saved and know Him. A way of escape for every temptation. He has given you everything you need for life and godliness.

2 Peter 1:3 NASB

for His divine power has granted to us everything pertaining to life and godliness, through the true knowledge of Him who called us by His own glory and excellence.

All we need to do is believe. If you believe, then you can trust Him. He has you. He will never leave or forsake you. Hold on to him until the end and all will be well.

Hebrews 11:6 NASB

And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for the one who comes to God must believe that He exists, and that He proves to be One who rewards those who seek Him.

 Hebrews 13:5 NIV

Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said,

 “Never will I leave you;
    never will I forsake you.”

1 Corinthians 10:13 NASB

No temptation has overtaken you except something common to mankind; and God is faithful, so He will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will provide the way of escape also, so that you will be able to endure it.

Hebrews 3:14 NIV

We have come to share in Christ, if indeed we hold our original conviction firmly to the very end.

He knows your beginning and He knows your end. He knows everything about you and He loves you. He has provided everything you need. All you have to do is believe. Exercise your faith and choose to trust Him. He is trustworthy. He has already seen and sees everything, so we can be sure that He knows. Wow! What a revelation!

I pray this has encouraged you today. Until next time dear ones…

Shalom
